About the app
Does Vuzo come with channels or films?
No. Vuzo is a player: it shows the list you've subscribed to from a provider, in Xtream Codes or M3U format. We don't sell, host or recommend lists or content.
Which devices does it work on?
Android phones and tablets, Android TV and Google TV boxes, Android projectors and Amazon Fire TV (Firestick). The version for LG TVs is in testing — see LG TVs.
Does it work in my country?
Yes, in any country with a stable internet connection. The app is available in 24 languages.
Does it work with very large lists?
Yes. Vuzo was built for lists with more than 100,000 titles: it stores the catalogue on the device and has a Light mode for devices with little memory.
Plans and payments
Do I have to pay to use it?
No. The first 14 days have everything unlocked and no ads. After that you can keep using it for free, with ads, on one device and with one active list. A licence removes the ads and unlocks the rest.
What licences are there?
Monthly and yearly, which you can cancel whenever you like, and lifetime (paid once). The lifetime licences differ in the number of devices: Duo allows up to 2 and Premium up to 4, and only Premium accepts more devices later. Prices are on the home page.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are made through Stripe or Google Pay; we never see or store your card details.
Using Vuzo
Is there a TV guide?
Yes, when your list sends one. See the EPG guide.
Can I record?
Yes, what you're watching or scheduled from the guide, to the device or to a USB stick. See the recording guide.
Are there subtitles and audio options?
Yes, whenever the content has them: you choose the audio track, the subtitles and their size inside the player.
Does it resume where I left off?
Yes, for films and episodes, and the position follows you to the other devices on your account.
Can I watch several channels at once?
Yes, with multiview: 2, 3 or 4 channels, depending on how many connections your list allows.
Can I use another player, like VLC?
Yes. You can choose Vuzo's player or an external player installed on the device.
Family and safety
Is there parental control?
Yes. Adult categories and settings can be protected with a PIN, and there are kids' profiles that only show children's content.
Can everyone have their own profile?
Yes, with their own favourites, history and recommendations.
What data do you keep about me?
What's needed for the account to work: your email, your lines and your preferences. It's all explained in the privacy policy. You can delete your account whenever you like.
